JOIN OUR TEAM
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling. You'll mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations, building strong customer relationships and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every guest
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales techniques, effective merchandising, and strong team performance
- Become a knowledgeable expert on our product range, history, and brand values. You'll share your passion for Kiehl's with our customers and team
- Ensure the Boutique maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall customer experience
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry
- A genuine enthusiasm for skincare and a strong understanding of skincare products and ingredients
- The ability to build rapport with customers, provide personalized service, and resolve issues effectively
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a team to success
- A self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
