About Rachel Gilbert

Rachel Gilbert is a luxury fashion brand known for its sophisticated and intricately hand-embellished designs. With a focus on elegant, high-quality garments, we create timeless collections that empower women to look and feel their best. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our team and represent the Rachel Gilbert brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience for each client.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering expert styling advice to suit special occasions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the brand, including current collections, fabrications, and key design elements such as hand beading and 3D appliqué.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Support store operations by assisting with stock replenishment, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maintain a luxurious in-store environment.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
- Assist with store events and VIP appointments, delivering the Rachel Gilbert experience with poise and professionalism.
- Uphold the brand's high standards of presentation, including adhering to dress code and store maintenance requirements.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or a customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A passion for fashion, with an eye for style and a natural flair for styling clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.38 - $36.79 per hour

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
