The Pharmacy Operations Lead oversees a team of Pharmacy Operations Partners (POPs) and manages the day-to-day operations of Montu's pharmacy network. This role is critical in ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and maintaining exceptional relationships with pharmacy partners. The Pharmacy Operations Lead will work closely with the Head of Fulfilment to improve operational workflows, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and enhance partner productivity**.**

Other responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage a team of Pharmacy Operations Partners, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Oversee core pharmacy workflows to ensure optimized efficiency and effectiveness across partner pharmacies.
- Review and implement improved SOPs to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners, serving as a secondary point of contact for operational issues.
- Ensure partner pharmacies adhere to compliance standards and service level agreements, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop performance dashboards and analyse data to identify trends, improve productivity, and optimize operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in implementing new programs and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
