**About the Role**
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead by example, ensuring efficient turnaround of properties to meet check-in deadlines.
- Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Supervise and train housekeepers, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
- Uphold and promote environmental and sustainability practices.
- Assist with the setup of new properties.
- Maintain stock levels of linen and consumables.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Previous supervisory or team leader experience, plus previous housekeeping experience.
- **Transport**: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- **Passion**: A focus on guest services and a drive to exceed expectations.
- **Organization**: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- **Leadership**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
