**Your new role**

Daily Duties
- Coordinate cross-checking of received deliveries with corresponding invoices and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate accurate picking, packing and second checking of stock for dispatch.
- Process freight for orders to NZ and Fiji
- Co-ordinate the timing of inbound freight and unpack containers when necessary.
- Picking stock orders for daily shipping
- Invoicing and processing freight consignments for shipping
- Work cohesively within a team environment.
- Work overtime (paid) when and where needed.

Stock Control
- Preparation of warehouse for stock take.
- Assist with inventory counts and investigating variations.
- Minimise stock loss through security, safe handling and compliance with company processes and procedure.

Space Management
- Coordinate efficient and safe storage of stock to maximise use of available space.
- Effectively manage multiple storage sites when required.

Administration
- Comply with company processes and procedures e.g., delivery times and paperwork.
- Utilise computer system for inventory management and freight invoicing.
- Liaise with other departments as required e.g., customer service, production, purchasing and warehouse manager

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Can do attitude
- Punctual, able to get up early morning
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 25 kg
- Forklift licence with high reach experience
