**About the Organisation**:
Queensland has rich history of sporting and racing events with a network of stakeholders who support ethical and transparent organisational conduct. The immediate need for a highly experienced HR advisor has arisen to support the departments functions and ensure the People and Safety Team are proactive and effective.

**About The Role**:

- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior HR Advisory and internal or external departmental associates.
- Generate and maintain excellent relationships through effective stakeholder engagement processes and activities, including effective onboarding and rostering.
- Coordinate and liaise with new staff to ensure smooth work transitions and successful training.
- Provide support with a sound understanding of IR/ER legislation and requirements in conjunction to Senior Advisors.
- Successfully manage enquiries and inboxes, responding or escalating to enquiries regarding verification, registration, payroll, and rostering.

**About You**:

- You will have strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
- You will have extensive experience in a similar HR Advisory or procurement role.
- You will have a sound understanding of IR/ER policy and requirements
- You will have experience operating within the federal, state, or local government sector with a solid understanding of onboarding processes of a similar organisation size.
- You will have previous experience collaborating with an external payrolling software and solutions provider.
