1300apprentice is looking for a highly motivated and committed **1st year Cabinetmaking Apprentice **to join a highly skilled, professional team in **Kenthurst.**

Our Employer Partner maintains an enviable reputation for delivering exceptionally designed and executed bespoke joinery, furniture and fit outs in collaboration with architects and designers. They provide service to the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. They specialise in creating environments and individual pieces that possess originality, beauty and functionality, and are dedicated to lasting craftsmanship.

**You will be learning your craft from true professionals who are willing to pass on their knowledge to see you succeed.**

**Some of what you will learn**:

- Make measurements and calculations
- Use of hand and power tools
- Read and interpret work documents
- Fabricate custom furniture, kitchens, office furniture and more.
- Prepare cutting list from plans and job specifications, producing curved joinery, finishing benchtops, cabinetry, and decorative wracking.
- Set up, operate and maintain computer numerically controlled (CNC) machining
- 70% of your time will be in-house crafting products, 30% on-site installations

- **Committed to a 4-year Carpentry Apprenticeship**:

- Dedicated, reliable and hungry to learn
- White Card or willing to obtain one
- Driver Licence and own transport
- **Above all passionate about becoming a highly skilled, professional cabinet maker**

**Salary**: $500.00 - $850.00 per week
