Store person 38hours a week Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store person to join our team at a busy supermarket. As a Store person, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and check incoming stock and deliveries
- Store and organize products in the designated storage areas
- Perform inventory control and stock-taking activities
- Ensure that goods are delivered to the correct departments and locations
- coordinate with logistics providers
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Operate equipment as required
- Communicate with management and other staff regarding stock levels, delivery schedules, and other related matters

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store person or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to operate equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.90 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
