**What You'll Do**:
This role is dynamic and fast-paced, offering invaluable experience and a collaborative team atmosphere. Your day-to-day will include:

- Efficient and precise knife handling especially with beef cuts.
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Deboning and slicing primal cuts to company and export standard.
- Other duties as requested by the site supervisor.

**Your Skills & Experience**:
We're looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about knife handling. To excel in this role, bring the following:

- Proven experience as a skilled knife handler (2 years at least) with Cert 2 qualifications.
- Preferably MINTRAC certified.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
- Be physically fit.
- Have reliable transport.
