Purchasing Officer

Our client is Australia's leading manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). Backed by a trusted name in building products, their products are a strong yet lightweight building product that is available in panels or blocks, that is kind to the environment, quick to build with and better to live in.

**The Role**:
Based in the office at their new Somersby warehouse in the heart of the Central Coast, the role will be working Monday to Friday on day shift (negotiable on working hours). Our client is seeking an experienced purchasing officer to assist with purchasing of spare parts and other related tasks to assist with day-to-day operations, including data and SAP entry.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have previous purchasing experience
- Experience using SAP systems
- Data entry experience ideal
- Sound competency in computer knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Available Monday to Friday - day shift hours
- Sound competency in data entry and use of computers
- Customer service experience ideal as you will be dealing with internal and external customers/stakeholders
