Café All Rounder/barista

**What we are looking for**:

- Barista for a Boutique Cafe in a Nunawading.
- Busy, fast environment, speed, efficient and quality are an important attributes as we cater for local businesses in the mornings.
- Take orders, upsell or provide menu suggestions to patrons.
- Able to handle difficult customers and cater to various dietary requirements needs.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance of seating area, table set up.
- Starting with 10-15 hours and increases with the right person.

**About you**:

- Has at least 2 years of front of house experience in a similar cafe environment, providing excellent coffee and customer service with a smile.
- A passion for specialty coffee, innovative food & hospitality
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- The ability to work minimum three days a week including (at least Monday, Tuesday, Saturday)
- Strong team player
- Has own transport - no public transport nearby. Car parking is available.
- Visa required for this role

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
