The Role:
As our Garden Maintenance Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading the maintenance division at TLG. Your day-to-day will include:

- Maintaining gardens to a high standard, including lawn care, hedge trimming, pest and disease management, and more.
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborating with the team to optimise workflows and improve procedures.

Pay: $23.52 - $40.62 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
