Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.

As a SHE-Q Superintendent for Mammoet you will be the first point of contact for the SHEQ team, oversee the implementation of SHE-Q procedures and assist with the implementation of risk management practices.

WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING:

- Assist with rostering advisor locations
- Assist with the development and implementation of processes and procedures
- Audit and assess compliance as part of internal and external audit functions
- Assist with monthly reports and statistics reflecting trend analysis
- Proactive management of field leadership

WHAT YOUâLL NEED:

- Cert IV Workplace Health and Safety
- 5 years’ experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lift
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent people and analytical skills
