**In this role, you will lead a new hire onboarding program that supports the success of our Sales Development Representative teams. Your team will own both new hire onboarding and accelerating quota achievement for a rapidly growing team within Deel.**:
**What you’ll do at Deel**:
- Deliver exceptional onboarding for cohorts of Sales Development Representative in various remote locations.
- Determine learning interventions that help meet key productivity metrics.
- Working with leaders and our instructional design community, own creation of core material and updates to current content to continuously improve onboarding experience.
- Identify and report on level 1 and level 2 learning measures on a cohort by cohort cadence.
- Collaborate with senior SDR leadership to identify new processes that support sales success.
- Present or create additional learning materials as needed to support the broader team.
**Some Key Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in enablement or similar function (learning and development, training, onboarding).
- Strong program and project management acumen, reporting and showing success of programs.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences using conference technology.
- Success with remote learning environments (Google Meet preferred).
- Experience using learning management systems to track learning.
- Strong verbal communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interest and experience with integrating digital emerging technology and innovation into learning & development programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning development and measurement standards and strategies.
