**About Us**:
Urban Nomad is an independent hostel brand with two vibrant locations in Sydney’s backpacker hub — Kings Cross and Potts Point. We’re a home for travellers, creatives, and curious wanderers who love connection, culture, and late-night convos in the common room.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **friendly, reliable, and switched-on receptionist** to join our small team. You'll be working across both locations and be the welcoming face for guests from all over the world.

**Hours**:
**15-25 hours per week to start, with potential for full-time hours** depending on availability and demand.
We’re flexible — open to casual or part-time arrangements.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Checking guests in and out
- Answering guest questions and offering local tips
- Light housekeeping and hostel upkeep when needed
- Supporting the vibe — music, energy, and good chats

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Great communicator with a warm, helpful attitude
- Previous hospitality or reception experience is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker)
- Comfortable with computers / booking systems
- A people person — social, calm under pressure, and takes initiative
- Must have the right to work in Australia
