Overview:
- Full-Time, Fixed-Term position until June 2026- Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work at other campuses as required

About the Role

You will be joining a dynamic and agile administrative team that fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and service excellence.

To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Experience in supporting high-performing customer focused teams to deliver to a range of clients- Strong communication skills including the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders- An ability to work independently, as a member of a team and collaboratively with stakeholders to help achieve the strategic objectives of all colleges- Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to handle various and multiple functions simultaneously and under pressure-
- Demonstrated history of behaviour aligned to the RMIT values and professional capability framework-
- Experience in a University environment or similar organisation (preferred)
