**The Role**

As the **Store Development Coordinator**, you will report directly to the National Store Development Manager and support projects nationwide. This is an exciting time to join Lowes, due to company expansion, with a high number of stores being opened across the country.

You will be responsible for overseeing all fixtures and fittings whilst also supporting other Store Development projects, including new stores, refurbishments, and relocations. This would be an ideal role for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, is highly organised and looking for an opportunity to grow and develop a career within store development and property project management.

**What you’ll do**
- Cataloguing fixtures and fittings across warehousing and retail spaces
- Liaise and organise logistics
- Ownership and management of the onsite fixture store
- Manage allocation of company van and truck
- Manage administration duties as required
- Management of asset register for fixtures and fittings
- Keeping log of expenditure for fixtures and fittings
- Manage ad-hoc projects - minor works and lease works
- Maintain a high level of detail and quality control
- Attend to minor store repairs and maintenance across NSW

**What will make you successful?**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card is preferred
- Able and willing to travel locally and occasionally interstate
- Project admin experience within the construction sector would be preferable
- Worked for a known builder previously would be advantageous
- Experience in excel spreadsheet and google docs
- Exceptional communicator & highly organised
- Ability to move and handle heavy fixtures and fittings
