We are looking for a competent and experienced Barista Cafe All Rounder to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and customer service, as well as assisting with various tasks in the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages in accordance with our cafe's standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
- Multitask and manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the cafe

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a specialty coffee setting
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
