We're currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer Full Time permanent role, to compliment our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
**Customer Service**
- Make and receive phone calls from customers and our Store Network
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
- Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
- Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service

**Debt collection / credit control**
- Contact customers/stores and investigate reasons for late payments and payment options
- Negotiate a payment plan for customers
- Place accounts on stop credit as required
- Check and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accounts

**Account Maintenance**
- Account maintenance and set up
- Set Credit limits for customers
- Ensure appropriate security processes

**Reconciliations and Receipting**
- Ensure all Key Accounts are reconciled
- Reporting as required
- Administration

**About You**:

- Customer service experience
- Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
- Be available Full Time
- Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am and 10am starts
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
- Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
