We’re seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company with a strong, customer-first culture.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Outstanding communication skills** - You excel at building lasting relationships.

- **Customer service passion** - Experience in an inbound call centre environment is a bonus.
- **Attention to detail** - You take pride in getting things right the first time.
- **CRM experience** - Familiarity with sales platforms.
- **Microsoft Office proficiency** - Intermediate to advanced skills.
This role is exciting and diverse, and your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to resolve queries and address concerns.
- Presenting new products and services to strengthen client relationships.
- Promptly completing sales documents in the CRM (quotes, orders, agreements, etc.).
