MGHLC is looking for a superstar Early Childhood Educator to join our incredible team

The successful applicant will be an active team player responsible for supporting the development of a high-quality program based on the children’s interests and needs; and be able to support family involvement within the service.

**Key Competencies**:

- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in the team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communication and involvement and ability to support this
- Have a commitment to the holistic development of our children
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of the cycle of programming
- Experience and Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework

**Position Essentials**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid Certificate (Including Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
- Current Working With Children’s Check
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience

Note: This position is for a Full Time or Part Time permanent position
