**About Us**:
We are a dedicated registered NDIS provider, currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to assist a lovely lady in her 60s.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing.
- Help with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and transferring to a wheelchair.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Monitor and report any changes in the participant’s health or behaviour
- Support the participant in attending appointments and social activities.
- Ensure the participant’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the participant, their family, and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, specifically assisting with mobility.
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable with pets.
- Minimum Cert III in Individual or Disability Support.
- All other necessary certifications that require to work in disability sector

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
