**Service/ Workshop Manager**

**Truck Trailers & Mobile Plant Equipment**

Our client has restructured its workforce, and this is a newly created service team position. Their workshop is in Melton South, an industry leader in the truck trailer and mobile plant equipment maintenance & repair sector.

They currently need a Supervisor employed on a Full-Time Basis for their team. They have a very healthy new and repeat business pipeline, increasing their workforce to meet their client's requirements. This is a family-run business, continually expanding.
- Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
- Can prioritise work tasks
- Determines work requirements and allocates duties daily
- Provide your workforce with feedback at pre-start and toolbox meetings
- Scheduling and coordination
- Hold a mechanical aptitude
