**About the role**:
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Debriefing driver paperwork
- Managing customer requirements and expectations
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager

**Available rosters**:
Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm start

Monday - Friday 1:00pm start

Monday - Friday 2:00pm start

**About the requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Superior planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
- Administrators with experience in a freight based industry, transportation industry or logistics is highly valued.
