Animal Attendant

**This role is for an Animal Attendant and includes Office and Admin duties.**

We are focused on providing a high level of customer service and quality of care for our guests. Our customers benefit from a convenient door-to-door pick-up service that is offered across Melbourne and Geelong.

**About the Role**
- Duties and responsibilities_
- Working in the day-to-day operations of our facility.
- Attention to detail - this role does include daily cleaning.
- Liaising with customers
- Delivering a high level of customer service and quality of care.
- Confidence in answering calls, using websites and computer systems
- Experience and skills_
- At least 1 year of experience working with various temperaments of dogs and cats
- Competent with computer technology
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, initiative to get extra work done
- Quick learner - pick up new skills quickly
- Key requirements_
- **Working previously with dogs and cats**:

- **Must have current open drivers licence & vehicle access**:

- **Must live within a 60km radius of the Pet Resort (3332 Geelong-Bacchus Marsh Rd, Balliang East)**:

- **High level of customer service**:

- **Must be available for a 7 days rotating roster. Including weekends, public holidays and CHRISTMAS.**:

- **Photography skills will be highly sort after**
