Sydney- Wealth Management- Contract or Temporary**Key responsibilities**:

- Become the Subject Matter Expert of the account opening process and operational functions of the platform
- Proactively escalate issues to Management, Risk, Compliance, AML, Front Office staff in a timely manner to minimise potential liabilities to the business
- Answer queries on all aspects of the PWM platform and processes, provide guidance to advisers and support staff on complex platform matters
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve PWM processes, drive initiatives for improving efficiency and reducing risk
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested by management
- Participate and facilitate cross training as required
- Review and approve client account documentation

**Key Competencies/ Skills required**:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the Australian and global equities markets, ideally with a client service and KYC onboarding operations background
- Knowledge of Australian and International securities (FSA) regulations and compliance requirements

**You will be hired at an Associate level with an hourly pay rate of around $35-50 per hour + super, 6 month role with a possibility of extension to 12 months.
