Full Job Description
- Old world hospitality meets new world sensibility in an opulent dining room —**The Charles Brasserie** delivers service with style. From the house speciality, whole dry-aged roasted and pressed duck, to an exclusive wine selection and our dessert trolley layered with house-baked cakes, desserts and petit-fours, The Charles is a classic experience with an exuberant attitude.

Next door, **The Charles Bar** brings a neighbourhood feeling to the centre of the CBD. A chic all-day dining café and bar à vin sitting next to our Grand Brasserie, pop in for a relaxed lunch, an after-work aperitif or dine with us for dinner.

**The Opportunity**
We are currently recruiting for full-time and casual, experienced Wait Staff who are passionate about service and take pride in tailoring the experience to each guest needs. As the face of our offering, through charm, confidence and knowledge, you will ensure our guests enjoy the best of what we have to offer.

**About You**
- At least 2 years experience as a Waiter and confident with managing a section
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
- Ability to work as part of a large, multi-faceted team of hospitality professionals
- Confident with food and beverage and an interest in continuous improvement
- A commitment to personal and professional development
- Flexibility in the days and times you are available
