We currently have an opportunity for an Electrical Worker Plant Operator to join the Essential Energy team in Yass.

**About Electrical Worker Live Line Plant Operator
As an Electrical Worker Plant Operator, you will be assisting with the construction and maintenance of overhead, underground, distribution, transmission, gas, water and telecommunication infrastructure and delivery of resources, materials as required.

This role is similar to a plant operator and **does not **require an electrical qualification.

You will also provide other customer service activities and the operation of related plant and equipment.

**About you**

You will have a collaborative approach and understand the importance of working side by side with colleagues and customers. You will positively contribute to the community and stakeholders and put safety at the forefront of everything you do. You will demonstrate knowledge of transportation and loading requirements for material delivery, and have operational experience of vehicles, plant, and equipment necessary for the role.

**Required qualifications**:

- Demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications.
- Drivers Licence
- Work Cover NSW Construction Induction Certificate. Understanding of the safety and environmental requirements

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Test and Tagging
- Dogging
- Crane Borer
- Skid Steer
- Elevated Work Platform
- Traffic Control
- Chemical Awareness, handling and storage
- Manual Handling First Aid
