Environmental Analyst

Not only do we have great products, but we have a great team behind them. We now have an exciting opportunity for a **Environmental Analyst (Graduate)** to join our Manufacturing site at Berkeley Vale, 2261.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Resource Optimisation Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the Resource Optimisation Manager to ensure activities are carried out in an environmentally competent, efficient and safe manner. In this role, you will draw upon your knowledge of environmental science and will utilise your analytical skills to:

- Support the implementation of the Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, government regulations and agreed budgets.
- Assess environmental risks, provide advice and implement resource efficiency across the manufacturing site.
- Assist with preparing environmental reports including complaints, incidents, investigations and operations.
- Interface with different regulatory agencies, prepare needed documentation and schedule required testing.
- Determine data collection methods and analyse results of resource consumption.
- Develop controls to prevent or fix environmental problems and make recommendations to improve environmental performance.

**The Person**
- Degree Qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Commitment to workplace environmental compliance, efficiency and safety.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills.
- Ability to analyse data and research findings.
