Dental Assistant/receptionist

**The heart of the role**:

- General chairside assistance across general dentistry
- Patient management; accurately enter patient details, check and processing patient billing using EFTPOS & HiCaps terminal
- Promptly answer busy phone, making & confirming patient appointments
- Provide sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain stock control
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- General Hygiene assistance where required
- Coordination of laboratory work
- Patient care from entry to the surgery

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant essential
- REception experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- Experience in treatment co ordinating and implants
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- A great attitude towards teamwork

**Salary**: $22.82 - $33.75 per hour

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
