**The key responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to**:

- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues, share knowledge, and implement IT projects and improvements.
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to prevent future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and procedures to enhance overall service delivery.
- Provide remote assistance to off-site or remote users, ensuring consistent and efficient support regardless of the user's location.

**About You**:

- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with end-users, translate technical jargon into layman's terms, and produce clear and concise documentation.

- ** Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- ** Team** **Player**: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- ** Qualifications**:A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- ** Experience**: with Epicor is highly desirable, and experience with TechOne and Resident Manager is desirable.
