People & Culture Manager - Corporate

Our People & Culture teams are located across five cities within Australia. Reporting to the Chief People Officer the **Manager People & Culture - Corporate** will lead our People & Culture team of 3 direct reports at our Head Office in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.

This role is a temporary **fixed-term** position, perfect for a Business Partner or local HR Manager wanting to step up and develop their skills in a National role.

**What does a typical day look like?**

The primary objective of this role is to provide Business Partnering to all Corporate functions and to provide a centralised service for the delivery of P&C activities. You will be required to lead the design and delivery of strategic HR projects and initiatives across the HR function with the goal of building a single positive culture for our people.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Build strong, trusting relationships to ensure consistency and quality of Business Partnering delivery
- Provide fit for purpose advice and guidance for all leaders
- Lead opportunities to build leadership capability to support a positive culture and environment, providing targeted coaching
- Manage and maintain the systems that support delivery of P&C services nationally and provide a positive customer experience
- Lead and work closely with line managers to enable them to manage events in the employee life cycle (probation & performance reviews, grievances and disciplinary)
- Lead or participate in the roll out of organisational and/or people and culture initiatives by collaborating with colleagues and engaging stakeholders
- Support the development of a performance focused culture
- Manage the provision of P&C services for quality and best fit - for onboarding, training, HR compliance

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Relevant Australian tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Experience implementing national HR initiatives
- Previous experience managing HRIS and implementations would be an advantage
- Track record in designing and delivering HR services to a broad range of clients
- Current knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Regulations
- Good time management & organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Conflict and performance management skills and experience
- Experience in a large complex, fast-paced and high-volume environment
