Full training provided on various steel machinery - 30 Positions Available - Excellent, safe working environment and supportive team Australia's leading independent manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products to the building and construction industry is looking for MACHINE OPERATORS (Day, Afternoon and Night) to join their team in Sunshine You will be responsible for the operation of robotic machinery including sheer lines, off-coil machines and benders. You will become a part of the team essential to the organisation. $35 - $55 Per Hour Depending on experience - Day Shift (6AM to 2:30PM), Afternoon Shift (3PM to 11:30PM), Night Shift (10PM to 6:30AM) - Competitive hourly rate - Safe working environment - Plenty of opportunities to become permanent after 6 months The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities: - Operating overhead cranes and forklifts to transport products and materials - Manual handling - Operating machine to cut and bend steel - Picking and preparing orders - Checking quality of products To be considered, you will need to have: - Previous experience in the steel industry regarded but not essential - Forklift license and overheard crane experience (preferred) - Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting - Good work ethic, willing to learn and "CAN DO" attitude Please call peter on 0433 802 461 for more details on the Job.
