**The Role**

Kanister Films is seeking the expertise of a full-time, highly experienced, and talented Video Producer to join our growing, dynamic film production company.

In addition to a breadth of production expertise across all departments, the successful producer will also need to liaise with both existing and potential investors to ensure appropriate funding and negotiate competitive terms. The ability to speak fluent Mandarin would be a significant advantage.

**Duties Will Include**
- Hands-on creative skills in all areas of video production: pre-production, on-location, and post-production stages
- Ensuring deadlines are met and production values across all production stages remain at a very high standard
- Ability to liaise and communicate with international investors and high-profile clients to ensure their vision is realised throughout all phases of video production — in particular, the ability to speak Mandarin would be highly advantageous, given the significant interest we are receiving from Mandarin-speaking markets
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours to achieve our creative goals
- No less than two years of highly relevant work experience in all areas of video production, including filming, lighting, sound, editing, and working to specific briefs and deadlines

Pay: $79,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Video production: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
