**About the role**
- Permanent part-time (30hrs per fortnight - shifts listed below)
- Opportunity to pick up extra shifts covering annual leave and sick leave
- Support the delivery of programs that fulfil the individual needs of our residents

**Shifts;**

**Week 1**
- Friday 14:00 - 18:00
- Monday 09:30 - 15:00
- Tuesday 14:00 - 18:00

**Week 2**
- Thursday 14:00 - 18:00
- Friday 14:00 - 18:00
- Monday 14:00 - 18:00
- Tuesday 09:30 - 15:00

Under the guidance of the Wellbeing Consultant, the Lifestyle Support staff member assist residents to participate in their Lifestyle and Wellbeing program, implements and assists in evaluating lifestyle programs while being sensitive to resident needs consistent with our Values and in line with our Mind, Body, Spirit ethos

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Qualifications Cert IV in Leisure & Health, or Community Services (or currently in the process of obtaining)
- Experience in participating in and arranging recreational and leisure activities
- Experience and interest in supporting residents living with dementia
- A genuine passion for enhancing the wellbeing of our residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- An enthusiastic and motivated approach with a willingness to learn
- Great time management and organisational skills

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue._
