Soul Origin Tea Tree Plaza is currently seeking **Store Manager**to join the team

**Your New Position**

Reporting to the Area Coach and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

- Reviewing sales and COGs to ensure growth and profitability
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with recruitment and training needs
- Creating rosters and approving timesheets
- Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
- Engaging and leading the team
- Resolving escalated customer enquiries
- Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A minimum of TWO YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays
- Available for early starts
- A current Food Safety Certificate and some knowledge of specialty coffee
