**Cosmetics Production & Manufacturing worker**

Due to ongoing growth of the business, we have an opportunity for the right person to join our fun and dynamic team based in the Coolum Industrial Estate. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will need to be a strong individual who is highly motivated and passionate about their work.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

As a small business, this role is somewhat of a general hand, specialising in the manufacturing of natural cosmetics to strict standards.

Our production and warehousing team at Coolum Beach are a great team and offer varied training and progression opportunities for dedicated team members wanting to gain permanent employment.

Following induction and training (all provided), this role could see you providing assistance in the areas of:

- Manufacturing natural cosmetic products
- Assembling products - boxing and bagging
- Picking and Packing Orders
- General hand

We manufacture to strict quality standards, so the ability to follow set instructions, meet KPI's and complete required paperwork is essential. Other skills and abilities required include:

- An eye for detail and pride in producing quality products;
- Physically capable to unload, lift and carry items, and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks, and reach, bend and twist;
- Team player with good communication skills, willing to work across different task, either independently or as part of a team;
- Strong work ethic, reliable, on-time and available to work scheduled hours;
- Understand the importance of workplace health and safety and follow company policies and procedures.
- Computer Literacy

We would require someone who is available for a flexible 2 - 3 day roster to begin with the option to increase during peak times.
