Credit Controller

**KEY TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Management of 60+ to 150+ days Trade Card accounts for the North East, South Central and New Zealand regions
- Telephone collections on active accounts to resolve delinquency issues, retain customers and minimize losses.
- Cultivate business relationships with franchisees and field personnel to assist with payments and /or product return on delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate partial or extended payments or settlements, when appropriate, on both active and bad debt accounts
- Skip tracing as needed.
- Monitor and liaise with collection agency on referred accounts.
- Recommend problem accounts and accounts for write-off to the Senior Portfolio Specialist
- Recommend accounts requiring legal action to the National Credit Manager

Work closely with other Credit Portfolio Specialist(s) to achieve results as mentioned above.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
