In this position, your main responsibility will be providing service and repair for our beverage equipment across the Perth area, while also interacting with our valued customers to ensure an exceptional experience. Please note: You must have the availability to be on-call for afterhours/weekend work for 1 in every 5 weeks.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting maintenance and repairs on our range of beverage equipment, including coolers/fridges, post-mix equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage machines. Training on specialized industry equipment will be provided.
- Representing Asahi Beverages and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and suppliers.
- Proactively solving problems and troubleshooting critical issues as they arise.
- Conducting fault finding and diagnostics for our customers, promptly determining the appropriate course of action.
- Carrying out both corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment, analysing problems to prevent recurring issues.
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies, practices, and procedures while on duty.
- Resolving any unforeseen issues or escalating them appropriately for resolution and ensuring proper follow-up.

**About you**:

- Experience in a relevant service industry, such as appliance servicing, electrical work, commercial/domestic air conditioning, or refrigeration.
- Ideally you possess a qualification in Mechanical Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. However, those with a restricted electrical licence may be considered.
- Possession of a valid Australian Driver's License.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and effectively prioritize tasks.
