**About Our Client**:
My client is a large, privately owned Retail group headquartered in Pinkenba, Brisbane.

They have been in operation for over 40 years and have continued to grow regularly, with the company enjoying record profits for the past 3 years.

The business is in a very healthy state financially and are looking to expand their team.The company is a multi-site retail company offering essential products and services.

This role is a hands on position running a full function, end to end payroll. The company has circa 12 weekly payrolls, with this position being responsible for one of these.

Responsibilities include:

- Running an end to end payroll, processing pay on a weekly basis using iChris
- Interpreting awards & EBAs and providing advice and support regarding these across the business
- Payroll reporting
- Answering payroll enquiries from staff
- Ensuring the payroll team is performing at the highest level and assisting the team where needed

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2+ years of experience running a full function, end to end payroll
- An understanding of timesheet processing, STP, reconciliations etc.
- Ideally experience in a payroll of 500+ staff
- Able to commute to Pinkenba 5 days weekly (Mon - Fri) - there is parking available onsite but no public transport
