About the business:
We are certified organic market gardeners located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in beautiful downtown Wallacia. We have always been focused on growing food as medicine, ensuring that is free from chemicals, and aspire to make people's lives healthier.

After over 18 years of successfully selling our produce at various markets across Sydney, Rita’s Farm is going online with an ambition to make healthy organic produce more accessible to the people of NSW.

**About you**:
You take pride in your work, no matter the size of the taskyou get things done, and you love a good hustle. You’re looking to work in a busy start-up environment, where you take charge of packing our produce in a way that you’d be proud to give to your best friend.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous warehouse/pick pack experience is desirable but not essential
- At Rita's Farm, we’re all about attitude and aptitude, not how much experience you have. So if you’re willing, eager, and energetic we still want to meet you

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing fresh organic produce into boxes
- Sorting out fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet quality
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace
- Assist with our monthly stocktake and inventory management

You must be available:
Tuesday - Friday between 4am - 3pm
Shifts are 6-10 hours long with minimum hours of 16-30 per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
