We are seeking an experienced Clinical Co-ordinator to join our friendly, professional team all dedicated to providing and maintaining the highest standards in dentistry and patient care.

The Clinical Co-ordinator will have direct responsibility for the support and mentoring of support staff in the delivery of outstanding patient treatment and care. The role will involve management of clinical staff, including rosters, staff selection, induction, training, and performance reviews. You must have a good understanding of ordering and stock control, development of systems and much more.

You will be an experienced, mature-minded Dental Assistant looking to progress your career. Chairside assistance will be required twice a week; however, the main focus of the role will be managing staff.

Excellent knowledge in Dental Procedures, Australian Infection Control Standards and experience in the mentoring and management of people will ensure success for you in this role. You will also require:

- At least one year in a similar role or at least 3 years dental assisting experience in a large clinical team
- An understanding of business to provide support in business improvement
- Excellent communication skills allowing you to support and maintain excellent working relationships with the Clinical Team and patients
- An outstanding commitment to providing the best possible care to patients
- The ability to update systems and procedures, recommend improvements, assist with process documentation training and implementation
- A bright, friendly personality, have initiative and be willing to be both a team player and leader
- You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated for Covid-19
- Have a current WWCC.
