Audio Visual Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Audio Visual team in a Casual capacity as an AV Assistant

**Duties May Include -**
- Filming high quality video that meets Australia Zoo standards
- Editing, compositing and colour grading requirements as requested for cross-media formats including broadcast and online
- Maintaining and optimising digital content and managing a consistent workflow
- Voice over, field and location recording, audio mixing and mastering
- Assist in maintaining online video content and ensuring content is brand compliant and correct policies and guidelines are adhered to
- Operate and maintain sound and vision recording, mixing and production equipment
- Operation of visual equipment and systems including live vision mixing, live vision systems maintenance and live remote camera operation
- Maintenance of Zoo equipment including repairs of AV and electrical equipment, fixed PA systems and camera gear

**Essential Criteria -**
- A demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, flexible environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to operate AV equipment in a live environment
- Ability to edit quickly and efficiently using Premiere Pro, with skills in AE and Photoshop
- Proof of coronavirus vaccination (unless otherwise exempt)

- Qualifications, Certificates or knowledge in the field
