**About the Role**:
As a Ground Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our arborists and tree care professionals on-site. Your responsibilities will include assisting with tree removals, pruning, and maintaining safety protocols during tree works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with tree removals, pruning, and maintenance tasks
- Prepare and maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure safety on-site by following all procedures and guidelines
- Help clear brush, logs, and debris
- Provide support to the arborist team during tree care operations

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Previous experience in tree care or landscaping is a plus but not required
- A truck licence is not required, but highly regarded
