As Operations Manager it will be your job to take the business from its' relatively small current state (one site, 40 people) to a National footprint, multi site organization.

Dealing in fresh food, with a complete meal to home offer, this is a business that has a level of challenge and complexity that will draw on all of your skills.

Ideally you will have come from a Distribution Center environment, with an element of fresh food and/or production experience.

You will have managed large teams, even better if that is across multiple sites.

You also bring with you a level of commercial acumen that has seen you successfully grow businesses previously.

Finally, you have a level of leadership skill that has you described as a leader rather than a manager. You understand how to create positive environments that promote collaboration, team work and excellence. Not to mention, you are obsessed with delivering amazing service levels.

Well, no, that is why we are seeking someone really talented and driven.

The long term plan is for this role to transition into a true, national level Operations Manager. Technically, that is true already, but as it is only one site....

The final piece of the puzzle here is that we are seeking someone who has the capability to run a business that will have multiple sites, a massive team managing a turnover in the several hundreds of millions, but who is also smart enough to realize that today the role requires someone to step in and manage the business in a hands manner, chipping in where needed until the business gets to scale?
