An exciting opportunity exists for a high end Maintenance Fitter with proven experience and skills for our client who is a Worldwide, highly regarded leading wine manufacturer. You will be working on machinery in a clean environment amongst a supportive close knit team. If you're looking for a role that will have you continuously learning then this is the site for you.

This is a casual role working 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) from mid September and will continue for two months with the opportunity to transition to full time.

Your experience working on fixed plant and equipment in the food & beverage industry is essential.

To be successful in this role you must possess
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Previous experience in high volume production facility (Dairy, Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- A proactive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to demonstrate root cause analysis
- Strong OHS practices

This role will require your proven background in the following;
- Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Attendance to breakdowns
- Fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent fabrication skills
- Knowledge of pneumatics / hydraulics
- Ability to work in a team environment is crucial

You must have the ability to be able to establish a rapport with our clients and build ongoing relationships will be an essential part of this role.
