Bookkeeper/marketing Assistant/pa to The CEO

$60k to $80k for experienced bookkeeper with marketing and PA experience

If you can imagine the possibilities, but also stay grounded in the day-to-day figures, if you can switch from the books to the marketing to the admin and then back again, and if you can switch between all of these in both blue and white collar businesses, then you are the unicorn we are looking for.

As the outgoing unicorn, I'd love to see your resume if you are:

- A qualified bookkeeper (Diploma minimum) with a couple of years experience in bookkeeping under your belt;
- Xero experience including using projects and payroll modules;
- A multi-tasker who enjoys having fingers in a large number of pies that don't just involve figures;
- A blue-sky thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- A creative soul with amazing communication skills and some design experience;
- A social media afficionado (and let us know your handles);
- A documenter, who loves a good procedure.

You'll be working directly with the entrepreneurial CEO of a multi-business portfolio and his team of high-performers. If you're not a high-performer the constant state of flux can be a little overwhelming, but for the right person, you'll fit right in.

You need to be able to show me all of the above dot points about yourself (your cover letter is going to be AMAZING), but the things that will put you at the top of our resume pile (ie: the thing we'd love to see but that aren't dealbreakers if you don't have them) will be:

- BAS Agent registration,
- Experience managing successful digital marketing projects,
- Office management across admin, books, HR, procedure writing, payroll, supervisor, management reporting, etc. etc.,
- Some exposure to self-employment and being an entrepreneur,
- Google Adwords Certifications,
- Xero Advisor Certification
- That you are an actual accountant

Basically the more diverse you are, the more interested we will be.
