**Roles Available**:
**Bartenders**

We’re looking for friendly and experienced bartenders who love crafting delicious cocktails and engaging with customers in a laid-back, island setting. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and have a flair for mixing drinks, we’d love to have you on board

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working in a bar environment (cocktail experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Kitchen Hands**

Are you a hard worker with a can-do attitude? We need reliable and motivated kitchen hands to support our talented kitchen team. From prepping ingredients to keeping the kitchen clean, your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous kitchen hand or dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

**Chefs**

We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about food, creativity, and working in a coastal setting. You’ll be crafting delicious dishes using the freshest local ingredients in a fun and fast-paced kitchen environment. Bring your culinary skills and ideas to the table

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations
- Passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
