Fast Food Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Fast-Food Manager** to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring it continues to run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Salary Range**:$70,000 to $80,000 per annum

**Role**:Full time

**Location**:Yass, NSW 2582

**Main Duties**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service for both takeaway and dine-in customers.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Manage inventory and stock control to minimize waste and ensure adequate supplies.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, and manage costs to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Diploma in leadership or management or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
