**About the role**
This is a full-time permanent role based at the Knox Civic Centre in Wantirna South. The role requires frequent travel to various Council sites around the municipality, all within 10km. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be $98,353.35 to $107,416.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
**What you will bring to this role**
The key selection criteria for this role are:
- Tertiary qualification (Cert IV) in Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, Health or Counselling.
- Three (3) years of health, safety & wellbeing experience in the Australian regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and coaching business leaders in improving health and safety performance.
- Demonstrated experience in working independently and autonomously to support cross functional departments.
- WorkSafe approved 2-day Role of a Return to Work Coordinator training (note RTW is not a part of this role specifically) (desirable)
